About Dennis Page, M.D.
As owner and operator of BodyLogicMD of Salt Lake City, Dennis Page, M.D. devotes his practice to helping women and men find relief from symptoms of hormonal imbalance, often related to perimenopause, menopause, andropause (the male menopause), thyroid disorder and adrenal fatigue. Dr. Dennis Page offers his patients bioidentical hormones replacement therapy (BHRT) integrated with customized nutrition and fitness regimens to help guide his patients through the aging process.
Dr. Page’s decision to transition into integrative and functional medicine was deeply rooted in his experience as an Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Specialist. Dr. Page realized that many of the solutions offered to patients such as surgeries and prescription drugs, were aimed at treating the end result of what often would be considered a preventable condition.

Dennis Page, M.D. received his BS degree from Brigham Young University in Utah in 1985.
He later attended the University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School, where he received his medical degree in 1992.
Dr. Page completed an Internship in Preliminary Medicine at St. Joseph’s hospital in Phoenix in 1993.
Fulfilled his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Michigan hospital.
Dr. Page is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and a member of the fellowship for Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Angela Fernandez, N.P., practices anti-aging and preventative medicine at BodyLogicMD of Salt Lake City. Angela brings with her nearly a decade of experience in functional and integrative medicine, with specialization in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and regenerative medicine. Angela is passionate about helping patients restore vitality, health, and overall function through innovative, evidence-based therapies that work in harmony with the body’s natural systems.
Angela Fernandez, N.P., received her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Angela completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY. Additionally, Angela has completed her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Materials Engineering from UCLA and holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
